The Engagement Platform is designed to rally supporters, mobilize volunteers, raise funds, and encourage loyalty. Additionally, as an add-on, The Carrier Billing Enhancement enables a wide range of text donation increments to be billed directly to the donor’s mobile carrier bill.
Engagement Platform – Introductory Pricing
Set-Up Fee – $99
Monthly Access Fee – $149/month (includes 5,000 outgoing SMS messages, 2 keywords, unlimited inbound messages)
Additional Keywords – $49 per month, per keyword
Additional Messages – $.01 per message
NOTE: Fundraising is possible through text links to mobile payment processing (such as credit card or mobile wallet). However, for qualified organizations, we recommend our carrier billing enhancement as an add-on to allow direct processing of text donations through the donor’s wireless provider.
Carrier Billing Enhancement
Carrier Billing is the most convenient and direct means for your donors to give. The process takes under 15 seconds for your donors to complete and their payment is processed directly through their wireless carrier bill. The Carrier Billing Enhancement does require some additional organization criteria. To see if your nonprofit is eligible, please review and ensure you meet The Mobile Fund Guidelines.
